First class experience and I recommend anyone looking for a great used car dealer to contact Mr. Dennis. In these difficult times, the demand for customer satisfaction and service quality has decreased due to the pandemic. However, W. Dennis assured me earlier this year that I would be happy with my Grand Cherokee. After visiting 4 other dealers I was discouraged but Mr. Dennis was on top. Dependable, thorough and compassionate when it comes to providing high quality customer service. He was very patient with me as I said I was disabled. I couldn't ask for more. He was excellent and I recommend him to everyone in my community.
I bought two Jeep Wranglers. Will Dennis, my salesman, was very helpful with my first purchase. After a month I went back and bought another one. I went there for engine problems and it took them a week to fix them. The next day the car wouldn't start and I had to take it back. It took them a week to fix something they missed. Three days later my car would not start. I had to take it back (all at my expense) and put the car in their parking lot for 2 WEEKS!!!! I called, left messages, contacted managers and NO ONE called and when I got to them they had no idea what was wrong with my car (keep in mind this was the third time in a month I had to take it there). All I got was "if you don't like it you can pick up the car and bring it somewhere else" and I did!!!! I took it to another dealer who was more honest, quick to help and didn't lie!! I will never bring my car here again and neither should you! They just want to trick you and mess with your car.
Do not purchase the vehicle from this dealer. I bought a brand new Jeep over a month ago and I can't drive it anymore because I don't have the plates yet. The communication between my seller and company management is terrible. Very unprofessional. I purchased my last vehicle from Southfield Chrysler and had no problems. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from LaFontaine.
